Emily Burton is an internationally known wedding planner, event designer and producer based in St. Simons Island, Ga with over 15 years experience.
Emily designs and produces events and spaces that are truly inspirational and unforgettable to both her clients and her guests.
Emily is able to blend her background as an interior designer, space planner, and color theory expert with one of a kind events that are well designed. Bringing in unique textures, fun lighting applications and colors to create a customized event that visually tells the story of her client.

How to get your ticket
We fully expect this event to sell out. So we are creating an 'application' process. Potential attendees will fill in the application, and be accepted into the event within 24 hours of applying.
This event is for photographers, videographers, and content creators.
We are not accepting applications based on: time in business, your current portfolio, your social following.
We ARE accepting applications based on: why you think this event would help you, your heart toward education, the value you see in this event for your brand.

To ensure everyone has the best experience, tickets will be extremely limited.

Our team will process applications and pick the applicants we feel meet the criteria for this event. This is not a popularity contest, but we are very selective on the attendees

Pick Your Ticket
Once accepted, you will be sent a link with ticket options for the event. Your link will be active for 24 hours. If you do not select a ticket within that time, your spot will be filled with another applicant

1. The Full Wedding Experience - you're invited
Instead of a vignette, we are putting on a FULL wedding experience. That's right. You are invited to a full wedding experience from beginning to end. A full ceremony, golden hour photos, and a full reception complete with music, dinner, and dancing. The real flowers, the bouquet, the bride and groom dressed in wedding attire. Cake, invitation suites, and plenty of extras.
Enjoy the wedding, all while capturing imagery along the way. You'll get to dress up and be part of the event. Since you are dressed up, our team will capture new headshots for you, and you can even get a shot of you at 'work' for your website.

2. The education - time to shift your focus
When we put together the lineup for this event, we were intentional. Our philosophy is that there are 3 areas in your business that you can work on: Your Work, Your Brand, and Your Network.
When we picked our lineup of speakers, we focused on brands that excel in these 3 areas.
We will have keynote speakers (the entire group), as well as breakout sessions (smaller group settings). You will have options to choose from for your breakout sessions based on your specific interests.

*Attendees will be broken up into groups to allow as much time as needed to capture the details of the wedding. Our goal is for you to walk away with an entire wedding to use for your portfolio, with all of the finest details.
3. The community - let's all grow together
I think we did. Over the years, we have hosted many retreats and workshops. The number 1 thing we get asked to include, is more time for connection.
Because after all, we all want to connect with others. The itinerary is designed with connection in mind. There are built in breaks, as well as time to just explore and connect.
Not to mention the bonfire and s'mores night, as well as the epic reception where we will party all night long. Connections are what fuel our industry.

Refunds?
All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend the event, you are welcome to sell your ticket to an approved waitlist member. We will post your ticket for sale if need be.
What all is included?
A ticket for both days, the full wedding experience shoots, all education, lunch and dinner on both days, snacks and beverages, and workshop swag. Travel to Tulsa and lodging are not provided.
Where should I stay?
Wynchester Gardens is located near Mounds, OK about 25 minutes south of Tulsa. We will post links to nearby hotels inside the private community. Attendees can split AirBnBs, hotel rooms, rental cars
Who is this for?
This event is designed for wedding photographers, filmmakers, and content creators. If you are drooling at the idea of this venue, these shoots, and these guest speakers, you are probably a good fit
Is Food Provided?
Lunch and Dinner on both days will be provided. Snacks and coffee will be available for you at no charge as well. Other than that, you can bring snacks if you'd like.
How do payment plans work?
There is a pay in full, or 3 payment option. Your account will be drafted 1/3 the amount every 30 days 3 months if you select the payment plan
Can I bring a 2nd Shooter or my partner?
Depending on availability, yes. Each person will purchase a separate ticket. No discounts are available for group purchases
Will there be other events like this?
Yes. The plan is to have multiple events per year.
